We are proud to announce the completion of yet another restorative project in Cork's historic city centre. 6 Residential units at Washington Street in Cork city are now available for lease or sale to Ireland's Approved Housing Bodies (AHBs).

This project comes in the wake of Cork City Council releasing details of the first phase of the €46.05 million “Grand Parade Quarter” project which will see a complete renewal of the area around the southern gateway to the medieval city, connecting the Grand Parade and a series of historic lanes, streets and Bishop Lucey Park with the south channel of the River Lee and the city centre business core.
