PROJECT SUMMARY

William Street in Waterford sits in the centre of the city. This project will involve the renovation of 12 apartments and will be available for Social Housing by July 2023. Waterford is one of the oldest cities in Ireland being founded by the vikings in 914 AD. The city is home to many museums, restaurants, and scenic walks along the River Suir. The site is located where John's River and the Suir meet, and is within walking distance of Waterford's People's Park and many other city centre activities.
