Sayvale Group is happy to announce the completion of 16 one and two bedroom apartments in the medieval Grand Parade Quarter of Cork City, County Cork. In addition to the apartments the project has renovated the office space for Focus Ireland on the ground floor.

The completion comes in the wake of Cork City Council having released details of the first phase of the €46.05 million “Grand Parade Quarter” project which will see a complete renewal of the area around the southern gateway to the medieval city, connecting the Grand Parade and a series of historic lanes, streets and Bishop Lucey Park with the south channel of the River Lee and the city centre business core.
